Security Upgrade Request

Now that Vulture transport teams are arriving regularly at the Hiverail Restricted Area, we run a greater risk of drawing attention from the Column. Needless to say, the work we are carrying out at this facility is far too important to fall into their hands. As such, I'm requesting Hiverail's security level be upgraded to Alpha, and that a detachment of A3 or A4 level troops be posted here to supplement the facility's security forces.
