Delicious Explosives

Today, "Black Tongue" Jack was punished for eating explosive powder without permission. It's an open secret that nine out of ten Vultures have eaten that stuff, though. Explosive powder's made by drying the fungus that grows beneath Fort Obsidian, grinding it into a powder, then adding the right proportions of nitrate and sulfur. And if you mix it with water and add some salt, it kind of tastes like peanut butter, and supposedly has the same nutritional profile too. Sometimes I wonder: would we be living this well if we weren't Vultures but just regular folk?
