Recruitment Criteria

Lord Igna is beyond reproach, but he is often misled by his lazy and incompetent subordinates. This is most obvious when it comes to recruitment. Recruitment is being handled way too sloppily right now. Anyone with two eyes and a nose is being let in. They're even forcing people with no wish of becoming our brothers or sisters to join. How can recruits like that possibly help Lord Igna achieve his goals? No more! I will rectify this situation, by introducing standardized assessment criteria for starters!
