A Looming Upheaval

Something doesn't feel quite right. Ever since that night, something feels... different. Those Rosetta guys have developed a habit of sneaking into town in the evenings, whenever they aren't on duty. They are usually just out to have a good time. But last night, not one person from Rosetta showed up. The Black Tower was also dead silent, with only a few small lights on in the whole tower.
