Labor Transfer Report No. 76

Currently, the labor transfer at East Blackfell Junction is proceeding as planned. However, to avoid delays in surface infrastructure construction and the Monolith reboot project, we're requesting an additional 20% increase in skilled labor. Please be aware that there has been a noticeable increase in hostility from nearby Survivors towards our personnel. We are fully implementing measures to prevent any further escalation of uprisings.
