Report on the Origins of Terramuncher

Discovered something quite interesting while looking into the Terramuncher's origins. Apparently, there used to be a longstanding urban legend about a ghost train here, one that sounds surprisingly similar to the Terramuncher. Was the Terramuncher already present on earth as a rare pre-Starfall Deviation? Or was this Deviation's form determined by the urban legend? And would any of that explain its unique bio-mechanical properties?
