Unstable Voltage

Damn it! It's frustrating that the voltage remains unstable, why does this keep happening when there are no issues with the circuitry. The fuses and transformers are functioning normally, and the coils are in good condition. I can't seem to figure it out. Hawk believes it may be due to the trial operation of the Monolith, but that logic seems far-fetched. We haven't even connected it to the grid yet, so how could the energy beams affect our power lines? In any case, we need to come up with a solution quickly. Mr. Sutherland has demanded that Throughville be supplied with electricity this month, so we must make it happen.
