At first I thought Mr. Sutherland just wanted to renovate his estate, so I didn't bring much with me. It wasn't until he cleared me out of stock that I figured him out. He doesn't just want a house, but an entire town! Ever since he started buddying up with Rosetta, he's been more and more willing to splash the cash around. People are saying that in the future this place will be known as Throughville, that it'll become a transportation hub connecting north and south. I'm glad I get to be a part of it. It all feels kind of historic. And the money's good too.
