Like the previous experiments, this result can be considered as an example of O-023X1 "functioning." Even though we do not know its specific criteria for doing so, making a reasonable request seems to be a crucial factor. It's worth nothing that O-023X1 demonstrated great patience and care while interacting with Dr. Wycliffe. Such an attitude has not been observed in any other sapient Deviation.
